There’s so many challenges with catering- will we get an Uber XL? Will everything fit in the car? And most importantly- will everyone like the food??People are often used to eating crowd pleasers like biryani at work events - which although tasty leave them feeling stuffed and lethargic which is not ideal for a work day. Our nourish bowls are perfectly balanced with protein, whole grains and fresh vegetables (in this case crunchy slaw and pickled radish) to leave the team feeling energised and ready for the second part of their annual meeting. The punchy ginger-miso dressing is key to ensuring everyone found the food flavourful, and the empty bowls confirmed the bowls were a hit, yay! We weren’t so worried about people enjoying the banana bread, because it’s truly a crowd pleaser and this lovely team were no different.Show your team you care by serving them healthy wholesome delicious food at your next event. Today we are catering for a corporate townhall of around 90 people. We want to ensure the food is delicious, healthy and energising. We want to ensure they don’t feel sleepy and lethargic after the meal. We’ve created this yummy Asian style bowl with pickled carrots, shredded greens, marinated chickpeas and brown rice with a delicious miso-ginger dressing. Despite the number of portions we wanted to garnish every bowl with beautiful sesame seeds and pickled vegetables. The whole team pitched in to create the 90 bowls, and we had a great time packing everything up, loading the car. Because the office is nearby, we just booked an Uber XL, rather than hiring a car like we normally do.
